Check-in was easy. The bathroom was super clean. I enjoyed the rooftop views a lot. I found tea and coffee available 24/7.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They addressed all requests promptly. the location offers convenient access to local restaurants and bars, a plus for me.
the room size felt quite small, especially with luggage. also, noise from the hallway was sometimes noticeable. the air conditioning was hard to regulate!

Charming Stay Near Shibuya!
great location good supermarket welcome drinks
I discovered the location worked great. I walked to Shibuya station easily. I found a good supermarket nearby. The hotel provides welcome drinks. I enjoyed chatted with other guests at the bar. I also appreciated the terrace having a pool table.
The lighting system felt basic. I could not dim the lights easily. This made create a dimmed ambiance difficult.

My superior double room impressed me. It featured a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. Many toiletries are provided. I appreciated the size of the room.

The staff was helpful. I received promotional vouchers for beverages at the restaurant, including enough for each day of my stay. I especially enjoyed the free beer hour (it was a nice touch!). The dorms had lockers.
The lighting in the room was basic and offered limited control for creating a dimmed ambiance.
